These user terms and conditions represent an agreement outlined in a contract between the User and Akanopw / PT Hansis Jaya Sukses. By registering and using Akanopw's services, the User is considered to have agreed to and understood these terms and conditions, and to be legally bound by them.
If the User does not agree with any part or all of the contents of these terms and conditions, the User is advised not to use the services of.
The term “User” in this context refers to both Sellers and Buyers on Akanopw who are subject to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable provisions on Akanopw. Users are required to read these terms carefully as they affect their legal rights and obligations.
Akanopw advises that children under the age of 15 should not access the internet without prior approval from a parent or legal guardian. All activities, fees, and transactions conducted by Akanopw users must comply with the applicable Terms and Conditions. If a user has not received parental approval for any activities, fees, or transactions, then the user is not permitted to use any of Akanopw’s services.
If a User violates these terms, Akanopw reserves the right to issue a warning regarding the violation or may immediately terminate or suspend the service.
AccountAkanopw does not charge any fees for account creation, either for Sellers or Buyers. During Registration, one (1) phone number can only be used to register one (1) Akanopw user account, and this is permanent. Users are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for all activities that occur under their account.
SecurityUsers are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password for all activities conducted under their account. Users must ensure that they log out of their account at the end of each transaction or visit. If there is any unauthorized use of the account or password, users may report it to Akanopw.
Akanopw will never request a user’s username, password, or OTP (One Time Password) for any reason.
Akanopw reserves the right to take actions such as removing products, moderating stores, closing stores, suspending accounts, and/or deleting user accounts for any suspected violation of Akanopw’s Terms and Conditions and/or the laws of Indonesia.
Akanopw also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account or store if fraudulent activity is detected in transactions and/or there is a violation of the user penalty policy.
Users agree not to use, modify, and/or exploit the platform’s network or data—either through automated technology or manual means—without permission from Akanopw.
Users agree not to use or access the Akanopw system, in whole or in part, using viruses, software, or other technologies that could disrupt, impair, limit, take over, or weaken the integrity or functionality of the software, hardware, network, and/or data systems on the Akanopw Platform or Application.
Users are prohibited from creating and/or using hardware/software/features and/or other tools—including emulators, robots, macros, crawlers, and/or automated devices—for the purpose of accessing or using services on Akanopw’s system, including but not limited to:
Manipulating store data
Creating multiple accounts
Tampering with devices for the purpose of harming Akanopw
Crawling/scraping or duplicating content in ways that harm Akanopw and/or its users
Automating transactions, sales, promotions, etc., that cause harm to Akanopw and/or its users
Harvesting or stealing user data
Spamming, sending mass electronic communications, or chain messages
Any other activity reasonably considered as manipulating the service and system
Users hereby acknowledge that Akanopw is not responsible for any losses or issues arising from the misuse of a user’s account due to the user’s own negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, agreeing to or sharing access credentials sent by Akanopw to other parties, or any other user negligence resulting in loss or issues with the user's account.
User TransactionsBuyers conduct transactions through the procedures established by Akanopw. Buyers make payments using the payment method previously selected, and Akanopw will forward the funds to the Seller once all stages of the transaction on the Akanopw system have been completed.
Buyers are required to understand and review information regarding the virtual items before making a transaction to ensure they follow the applicable trading guidelines and procedures.
Akanopw is not responsible for any issues regarding transaction confirmation or order processing that arise from the Buyer failing to input the necessary data for order delivery (such as game ID, character name, etc.).
Buyers must make payments using the selected payment method, and the amount paid must match the total bill displayed on the payment page. Akanopw is not responsible for any loss suffered by the Buyer due to payment discrepancies from the stated amount.
Payments must be made promptly by the Buyer (no later than the specified time limit) after checking out. If payment is not made within this timeframe, the Buyer will no longer be able to complete the transaction, and the order will be automatically canceled. The Buyer may place a new order afterward.
Buyers are strongly advised to double-check that the payment amount matches the total on the payment page. If the amount paid does not match the required total, the transaction will not be recognized by the system.
Akanopw bears no responsibility for losses incurred due to payments made that do not match the amount specified on the payment page.
The Buyer’s Balance originates from transaction refunds related to product purchases on the Akanopw site and cannot be topped up independently by the user.
The Buyer’s Balance may be used as a payment method for product purchases on, or it can be withdrawn to the bank account registered on the User’s account.
In the case of a refund, it will be processed through the Buyer’s Balance, which will be credited accordingly (excluding payment admin fees and any promotional amounts), and may be reused for future purchases or withdrawn—except for payments made using the PayLater feature.
Refunds from Akanopw to the Buyer can only be made under the following specific conditions:
Overpayment by the Buyer for a product.
Clearly identified shipping issues caused by the Seller resulting in undelivered orders.
The Seller has committed to fulfilling the order but fails to deliver the product within the specified time.
Dispute resolution via the resolution center resulting in a refund decision in favor of the Buyer, or a decision made by Akanopw.
Buyers fully understand and agree that any transactions conducted outside of Akanopw’s official payment channels and/or without Akanopw’s knowledge (e.g., via private messaging, private arrangements, or other off-platform methods) are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Buyers agree not to disclose or share their payment proof and/or payment data with any party other than Akanopw. Should losses occur due to such disclosure, the responsibility lies entirely with the Buyer.
Buyers can confirm receipt of the product after it has been delivered. Akanopw provides a confirmation window based on the product category, starting when the product's delivery status is marked as “delivered” in the system. If there is no confirmation or claim from the Buyer within this timeframe, Akanopw’s system will automatically confirm receipt of the product.
Once the product receipt is confirmed—either manually by the Buyer or automatically by the system—funds held in Akanopw’s official account will be forwarded to the Seller (the transaction is considered complete). If the user does not update the order status to “completed” within two (2) days for standard transactions (ranging from 2 to 17 days depending on product category), or within 12 hours for express transactions and instant deliveries, Akanopw reserves the right to mark the order as complete.
Akanopw reserves the right to make a final decision on unresolved transaction disputes between Buyers and Sellers by reviewing the necessary evidence. Akanopw’s decision is final, binding, and cannot be contested by either party.
Terms and Conditions for Using Credit/Debit Card Payment Method
By using the Credit/Debit Card payment method on Akanopw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
By shopping using the Credit/Debit Card payment method on Akanopw, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Buyers understand that each card issuer or provider has its own terms, conditions, and policies regarding the use of Credit/Debit Card payments.
Buyers acknowledge and agree that any losses arising from third-party actions, including but not limited to product damage/loss, claims, warnings, lawsuits, demands, or other actions taken by third parties, are not the responsibility of Akanopw.
Akanopw reserves the right to suspend or revoke the Credit/Debit Card payment service and deactivate the Buyer’s account if fraudulent activity or violation of Akanopw’s Terms of Use is suspected. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any resulting loss from such action is not the responsibility of Akanopw.
Akanopw reserves the right to change part or all of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Category-Specific Transaction Terms: Top Up
Transactions in the Top Up category on Akanopw must comply with the following conditions:
Sellers are prohibited from requesting the login credentials of the Buyer’s account.
Sellers are prohibited from including personal contact information (phone numbers, external website links, email addresses, and social media accounts) in the title, description, or product images.
When creating a product listing, Sellers must use the appropriate Category, Brand, and Variants provided.
Sellers are required to provide accurate images, descriptions, and titles that reflect the product being sold.
Sellers must fulfill orders according to the nominal value of the product listed.
Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as evidence that the item has been delivered to the Buyer.
Buyers must read and understand the Trading Instructions for each Brand before making a purchase.
Buyers are required to input their ID, Server, and/or any other necessary information for the Top Up process.
Buyers are advised to review the completeness of the order once its status is marked as "delivered" by the Seller.
Voucher
Transactions in the Voucher category on Akanopw must comply with the following conditions:
Sellers are prohibited from requesting the Buyer's login credentials.
Sellers are prohibited from including personal contact information (phone numbers, external website links, emails, and social media accounts) in the product title, description, or images.
When listing products, Sellers must use the correct Category, Brand, and Variants as provided.
Sellers are required to provide images, descriptions, and titles that accurately represent the product being sold.
Sellers must fulfill the order according to the nominal value of the listed product.
Sellers are advised to retain proof of delivery or purchase as evidence that the product has been sent to the Buyer.
Buyers are required to read and understand the Trading Instructions for each Brand before making a purchase.
Buyers are advised to check the completeness of the order once its status has been marked as "delivered" by the Seller.
Account
Transactions in the Account category on Akanopw must comply with the following conditions:
Sellers are prohibited from including personal contact information (phone numbers, external website links, emails, and social media accounts) in the product title, description, or images.
When listing products, Sellers must use the correct Category, Brand, and Variants as provided.
Sellers are required to provide images, descriptions, and titles that accurately represent the account being sold.
Sellers must deliver the account as specified in the product listing.
Sellers are advised to retain proof of delivery or purchase as evidence that the product has been sent to the Buyer.
Buyers are required to read and understand the Trading Instructions for each Brand before making a purchase.
Buyers are advised to check the completeness of the order once its status has been marked as "delivered" by the Seller.
Buyers are encouraged to immediately secure the account provided by the Seller (applicable to game accounts).
Live Stream App
Transactions in the Live Stream App category on Akanopw must comply with the following conditions:
Sellers are prohibited from requesting the Buyer's login credentials.
Sellers are prohibited from including personal contact information (phone numbers, external website links, emails, and social media accounts) in the product title, description, or images.
When listing products, Sellers must use the correct Category, Brand, and Variants as provided.
Sellers are required to provide images, descriptions, and titles that accurately represent the product being sold.
Sellers must fulfill the order according to the nominal value of the listed product.
Sellers are advised to retain proof of delivery or purchase as evidence that the product has been sent to the Buyer.
Buyers are required to read and understand the Trading Instructions for each Brand before making a purchase.
Buyers must provide their ID, Server, and/or other necessary information for the delivery process.
Buyers are advised to check the completeness of the order once its status has been marked as "delivered" by the Seller.
Joki Service (Boosting Service)
Transactions in the Joki Service category on Akanopw must comply with the following conditions:
Sellers are prohibited from requesting the Buyer's account recovery information.
Sellers are prohibited from including personal contact information (phone numbers, external website links, emails, and social media accounts) in the product title, description, or images.
When listing products, Sellers must use the correct Category, Brand, and Variants as provided.
Sellers are required to provide images, descriptions, and titles that accurately represent the product or service being offered.
Sellers must fulfill the order according to the nominal value of the listed service.
Sellers are advised to keep a record of the Buyer's account status before and after the service is completed as proof of delivery.
Buyers are required to read and understand the Trading Instructions for each Brand before making a purchase.
Buyers are advised to check the completeness of the order once its status has been marked as "delivered" by the Seller.
Buyers are prohibited from accessing or using the account being processed by the Seller while the Joki service is ongoing.
Buyers are encouraged to change their account password after the Joki service is completed.
Game Coins
Transactions in the Game Coins category on Akanopw must comply with the following conditions:
Sellers are prohibited from requesting the Buyer's login credentials.
Sellers are prohibited from including personal contact information (phone numbers, external website links, emails, and social media accounts) in the product title, description, or images.
When listing products, Sellers must use the correct Category, Brand, and Variants as provided.
Sellers are required to provide images, descriptions, and titles that accurately represent the product being sold.
Sellers must fulfill the order according to the nominal value of the listed Game Coins.
Sellers are advised to retain proof of delivery or purchase as evidence that the Game Coins have been sent to the Buyer.
Buyers are required to read and understand the Trading Instructions for each Brand before making a purchase.
Buyers must provide their ID, Server, and/or any other required information to enable the delivery of Game Coins.
Buyers are advised to check the completeness of the order once its status has been marked as "delivered" by the Seller.
Game Key
Transactions in the Game Key category on Akanopw must comply with the following conditions:
Sellers are prohibited from requesting the Buyer’s login credentials.
Sellers are prohibited from including personal contact information (phone numbers, external website links, emails, and social media accounts) in the product title, description, or images.
When listing products, Sellers must use the appropriate Category, Brand, and Variants as provided.
Sellers are required to provide images, descriptions, and titles that accurately represent the product being sold.
Sellers must fulfill the order according to the listed nominal value of the product.
Sellers are advised to retain proof of delivery or purchase as evidence of delivery to the Buyer.
Buyers are required to read and understand the Trading Instructions for each Brand before making a purchase.
Buyers are advised to check the completeness of the order once its status has been marked as "delivered" by the Seller.
Item & Skin
Transactions in the Item & Skin category on Akanopw must comply with the following conditions:

When listing products, Sellers must use the appropriate Category, Brand, and Variants as provided.

Sellers must fulfill the order according to the listed nominal value of the product.
Sellers are advised to retain proof of delivery or purchase as evidence of delivery to the Buyer.
Buyers are required to read and understand the Trading Instructions for each Brand before making a purchase.
In some Brands, Buyers and Sellers may be required to become in-game friends and/or join the same group within a specified time frame as a prerequisite for item delivery.
Buyers are advised to check the completeness of the order once its status has been marked as "delivered" by the Seller.
E-wallet
Transactions in the E-wallet category on Akanopw must comply with the following conditions:

Sellers are prohibited from including personal contact information (phone numbers, external website links, emails, and social media accounts) in the product title, description, or images.
When listing products, Sellers must use the appropriate Category, Brand, and Variants as provided.
Sellers are required to provide images, descriptions, and titles that accurately represent the product being sold.
Sellers must fulfill the order according to the listed nominal value of the product.
Sellers are advised to retain proof of delivery or purchase as evidence of delivery to the Buyer.
Buyers must enter their E-wallet number to enable order delivery.
Buyers are required to read and understand the Trading Instructions for each Brand before making a purchase.
Buyers are advised to check the completeness of the order once its status has been marked as "delivered" by the Seller.
Others
Transactions in the Others category on Akanopw must comply with the following conditions:
Sellers are prohibited from including personal contact information (phone numbers, external website links, emails, and social media accounts) in the product title, description, or images.
When listing products, Sellers must use the appropriate Category, Brand, and Variants as provided.
Sellers are required to provide images, descriptions, and titles that accurately represent the product being sold.
Sellers must fulfill the order according to the listed nominal value of the product.
Sellers are advised to retain proof of delivery or purchase as evidence of delivery to the Buyer.
Buyers are required to read and understand the Trading Instructions for each Brand before making a purchase.
Buyers must provide their ID, Server, and/or any other necessary information when required.
Buyers are advised to check the completeness of the order once its status has been marked as "delivered" by the Seller.
Notes on Transaction Category Terms & Conditions:
If a Seller uses the Fast Process feature on their product, the Terms & Conditions for Using the Fast Process Feature shall apply.
If a Seller uses the Instant Delivery feature on their product, the Terms & Conditions for Using the Instant Delivery Feature shall apply.
If Akanopw finds that a Seller has violated the above Terms & Conditions, the product may be deactivated and the Seller's Store Status will be moderated until the Seller confirms that the product image or description has been updated.
If a product listing contains an image or description that suggests a denomination higher than what is stated in the product title, the Seller is required to fulfill the order based on the highest nominal value stated.
If the Buyer does not confirm receipt of the order (either by confirming delivery or filing a complaint) within the specified time limit, the order status will automatically be marked as Completed, and the funds will be released to the Seller.
In the event of a complaint (moderation) from the Buyer, the Seller must provide valid proof of delivery through the Complaint Menu and/or other communication channels used by Akanopw.
Showcase Products
Sellers are prohibited from using the storefront showcase to advertise or promote platforms outside of Akanopw.
Sellers are not allowed to share personal contact information with Buyers for the purpose of conducting transactions outside of Akanopw.
Sellers are prohibited from providing misleading or inaccurate descriptions in the store or product information.
Sellers may not use Akanopw’s logo or digital assets in product listings or profile pictures without permission from Akanopw.
Sellers must provide accurate product information, specifications, and naming that reflect the actual product being sold.
Akanopw reserves the right to remove products or moderate the seller’s store if any product is found to violate applicable terms and conditions.
Fees
Akanopw reserves the right to charge fees for transactions made on the Akanopw Platform for specific services, such as:
Successful Transactions;
Purchase Payments;
Fund Withdrawals;
Feature Fees;
Insurance Fees;
Other applicable service fees.
If Akanopw makes changes to the transaction fees in the future, it will notify users through the Akanopw platform.
Pricing
Sellers are prohibited from setting unreasonable prices for products offered through the Akanopw site. If Akanopw finds pricing deemed unreasonable, it reserves the right to take action in accordance with applicable regulations.
Sellers understand that in cases of typographical errors in product information that result in incorrect pricing or other details, the Seller bears full responsibility. Sellers may refuse such transactions if it is proven that the product and listed price are inconsistent.
Users agree that any disputes or issues arising between Sellers and Buyers are not the responsibility of Akanopw.
When users agree to a transaction on the Akanopw Platform, they also agree to pay the total amount shown on the payment page, which includes (the price of the Product/Digital Product, and any additional fees clearly stated on the payment page).
Promotions
Akanopw may hold promotional events from time to time, each with its own terms and conditions.
Users are expected to read carefully the Terms and Conditions for each ongoing promotional activity.
Each user may only use one (1) account for any promotional event. If Akanopw finds a user creating more than one (1) account to gain unfair advantage, Akanopw may take necessary actions without prior notice. Such actions may include cancellation of transactions, cancellation of promo codes, account suspension, withholding or withdrawal of user funds, or legal actions if fraud is detected.
Akanopw reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of any promotional event at any time without prior notice.
Akanopw offers two types of promo codes: a) Akanopw Promo Code, which originates from and is valid on the Akanopw platform; b) Third-Party Promo Code, which originates from a third party and is valid outside of the Akanopw platform.
Akanopw is not responsible for promotions provided by third parties or those applicable on platforms outside of Akanopw.
Promo codes obtained by users are valid only for specific products available on the Akanopw platform and for a limited period.
Promo codes that are not used or redeemed within the stated period will expire automatically and cannot be reused.
If an order is cancelled for any reason, the promo code used will be automatically void and cannot be reused.
Instant & Express Process Features
The Instant and Express Process features are delivery programs created by Akanopw for stores that consistently demonstrate high speed and success in delivering products. The goal of this program is to boost store sales and profits through faster delivery systems.
Within this program, Akanopw reserves the right to select and determine which stores are eligible to receive the "Instant" and "Express Process" status/label based on specific criteria.
Akanopw may revoke the "Instant" and "Express Process" status/label if a store’s successful transaction rate falls below 90% for seven consecutive days.
Akanopw reserves the right to take action against Sellers who violate Akanopw’s Terms and Conditions.
Content Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or using words, comments, images, or any content that contains elements of ethnic, religious, racial, and inter-group hatred (SARA), vulgarity, discrimination, defamation, threats, or content that promotes or advertises platforms other than Akanopw. This includes any content considered to be in violation of the laws of Indonesia, social values and norms, and/or the policies enforced on the Akanopw platform. Akanopw reserves the right to take appropriate action for any violations, which will be further regulated under the Penalty Policy.
Users are not allowed to use photos/images that contain ownership marks (e.g., watermarks) from other individuals or entities. Users must understand and agree that any misuse of uploaded photos/images is their personal responsibility.
When Users upload content to the Akanopw website, they knowingly grant Akanopw a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to exercise all copyright, publicity, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property rights they hold in such content.
Users are required to ensure that their uploaded content does not violate intellectual property rights. Users bear full responsibility for any infringement of intellectual property rights on the Akanopw Platform.
Users agree not to hold Akanopw accountable for any misuse of intellectual property rights committed by other users.
Akanopw reserves the right to remove any Content/Product that is deemed to be in violation of Akanopw's Terms and Conditions or applicable laws at any time.
Store Balance Withdrawal
Store balance withdrawals are subject to bank transfer fees, which may vary depending on the bank or e-wallet. These fees will be charged to the user each time a withdrawal or bank transfer is made.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 2×24 working hours. If the funds are not received after the stated period, users may contact Customer Service via email at support@Akanopw.com or WhatsApp at 08117751200 for further assistance.
If any suspected violation of Akanopw’s Terms and Conditions, fraud, manipulation, or criminal activity is identified, the User understands and agrees that Akanopw reserves the right to conduct investigations, freeze, delay, and/or cancel the fund withdrawal for as long as necessary.
Resolution Center
The Resolution Center is a feature provided by Akanopw to facilitate the resolution of transaction issues between Buyers and Sellers. Buyers or sellers are required to attach necessary transaction evidence when using this feature.
This feature will automatically hold the payment funds from being released to the Seller until the issue reported in the Resolution Center is resolved.
If the seller or buyer does not respond within 1×24 hours after the issue is raised, the issue will automatically be resolved based on a solution determined by Akanopw. Akanopw reserves the right to make a decision regarding the issue by evaluating the available evidence and/or evidence that each party is required to provide. Akanopw has the right to mediate and/or decide the outcome of the case discussed in the Resolution Center.
If an agreement between the buyer and seller is not reached within 2×24 hours, Akanopw has the right to step in and resolve the issue.
Buyers and sellers understand and agree that during the issue resolution process in the Resolution Center, they are required to respond to the issue until it is resolved, in accordance with the terms and timeframes set by Akanopw in the related discussion.

Disclaimer & Indemnification
Akanopw strives to maintain its services as safe, convenient, and functional as possible. However, we cannot guarantee continuous operation or flawless access to our services. The information and data on the Akanopw site may not always occur in real time.
Users agree that by using Akanopw services, they assume personal responsibility for any risks arising from the use of Akanopw services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Akanopw (including the Company, Directors, and Employees) shall not be held liable, and you agree not to hold Akanopw liable for any loss, including but not limited to loss of money, reputation, profits, or other intangible losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from:
Inability to use Akanopw’s features or services.
Product pricing, delays, or service disruptions.
User negligence or resulting losses.
Intellectual property rights violations.
Disputes between users or defamation.
Misuse of purchased products or digital products.
Losses from unofficial payments made outside Akanopw's official accounts, including errors in account details or bank errors.
Viruses, bots, scripts, or automation tools obtained by accessing or connecting to Akanopw.
Any service disruptions, bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in Akanopw.
Hardware damage due to use of Akanopw services.
Content, actions, or inactions of third parties, including suspected counterfeit products on Akanopw.
Enforcement actions taken on user accounts.
Third-party hacking attempts on user accounts.
Users understand that Akanopw’s liability is limited proportionally to its role as a marketplace platform provider for game and digital products.
If a User has a dispute with one or more users, the User agrees to release Akanopw (including the Company, Directors, and Employees) from any claims or damages, whether actual or implied, known or unknown, arising from or in any way connected to such disputes, including but not limited to damages from purchases of prohibited products. The User hereby knowingly waives any legal protections (whether under laws or regulations) that would limit the scope of this release.
Users also agree to indemnify and hold Akanopw harmless (including the Company, Directors, and Employees) from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, made by third parties due to the User’s violation of this Agreement, improper use of Akanopw’s services, and/or any violation of laws or third-party rights by the User.
Intellectual Property
Akanopw strictly prohibits any activities carried out in the name of Akanopw that involve imitating, copying, or using any of Akanopw's intellectual property rights—including logos, images, or icons—without written approval from Akanopw.
If it is found or suspected that a user has violated this by attaching or using the Akanopw logo, image, or icons without written approval, Akanopw disclaims all liability for any claims or damages arising from such actions.
Miscellaneous Terms
By using the features/services available on the Akanopw site, the User acknowledges and agrees to all specific terms and conditions related to the features/services they use.
For any matters that are not covered or not specifically regulated under the special terms for a certain feature, the general Terms and Conditions of Akanopw shall apply in full.
By reading and agreeing to Akanopw’s Terms and Conditions, the User is also deemed to have accepted and be subject to Akanopw’s Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users agree that any legal actions or disputes arising from or relating to the site and/or this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

By continuing to access and use the Akanopw platform, the User is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the Terms and Conditions.
Force Majeure
Any breach, error, disruption, or delay in performing obligations, or any nonconformity on the Platform and/or in the content of the Services, whether in whole or in part, directly or indirectly caused by a Force Majeure event or compelling circumstance, shall not be considered a failure by Akanopw to fulfill its obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
